Coupons?

All players that have played at any point in the past 60 days will receive in their inbox a 5 euros coupon this evening to redeem for membership or crowns in the wizard101 website.

I didn't receive any coupons to my email. I tried to contact support, but it's impossible task. (my friend already got 3000 crowns)

Please be patient, wait until tomorrow.

You can redeem your coupon on the Buy Crowns option (if you want crowns) or the Buy Membership option (if you want membership).

I haven't recieved my coupon yet either.

How do you define active accounts in the last 60 days?
logged in and played in last 60 days or bought membership/crowns in the last 60 days?

I don't see any reason for sending vouchers this time (that obviously doesn't work) instead of just adding crowns to every account like you have done in the past.

Hello :)

It works for everyone who has logged in on the last 60 days.

Of any compensation they could give, this is by far the best one.

It appears that some accounts didn't receive that coupon (neither did I), but they will if they help us and send a ticket to our Support System.

Coupons can't be used in the voucher box.

Go to Wizard Club or Buy Crowns, and then click on Redeem Coupon to use your code ;)

This coupon fix will take some days, but don't worry, you will get your coupon.

Well what if you don't have access to the email you initially signed up with, some of us been playing for nearly 6 years, so surely its considered that we would be unable to access those emails to retrieve a code, and whenever ive attempted to change my email ive been told I need to access my old one before I could change it.
